About Bloomfield Cruisers' Poker Runs
What is a Poker Run?
Join us for a scenic drive around the greater Bloomfield area. A predetermined course will lead you to points of interest (we keep it a secret!) where you will collect a total of 5 playing cards at each destination. Many of these destinations are local businesses that you can later support or perhaps a local cultural asset (they often include a menu and/or discount offer for another time). At the end of our drive, we meet at a local restaurant for a delicious meal, door prizes and a few other surprises! Participants with the best AND worst poker hands (from cards collected at various locations) will earn prizes.
Do I need a classic car to participate?
PARTICIPATION DOES NOT REQUIRE DRIVING A CLASSIC CAR!
While some will bring a classic car, you can bring what you want: classic, minivan, motorcycle, hybrid, truck and etc. We have had motorcycles, pick-ups and even our pal Mac on a bicycle (he's a beast on the bike). Poker Runs are RAIN OR SHINE events designed to give all a try a mini rally-style event.
When are Poker Runs held?
Generally, we host one Poker Run every calendar year but the date floats. We avoid cruise night seasons, often electing to do a spring or fall event. Be sure to check our calendar of events to see our next listing.
